Your new company
A global premium fashion brand with an extensive presence in the market are seeking an experienced Store Manager for their Homebush store.
Your new role
As Store Manager you'll have the responsibility of managing a small team in achieving sales targets, developing business growth and leading from the front in delivering exceptional customer service. Some of your duties will involve:
- Responsibility of store facilities management.
- Ensuring customer orders and repairs are managed in timely manner.
- Staff rostering
- Provide coaching and training to all staff
- Plan, prepare and manage the stocktake process for the store
- Carry out day to day administrative duties, payroll/HR reporting
- Working with State Manager in reviewing staff development, succession planning and training
- Recruitment and on boarding of new staff
- Ensure staff have a clear understanding of visual merchandising guidelines
What you'll need to succeed
Along with experience in a similar role, you'll demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a solutions focused attitude and be adaptable to changing business requirements.
