The Opportunity:
A rare opportunity to lead the Estee Lauder Companies, The Cosmetics Company Store Team in DFO Perth Airport, Western Australia and join the ever growing Estee Lauder Corporate Sales Department.
The Company:
The Corporate Sales Department of the Estee Lauder Companies embodies the family culture of the Estee Lauder Companies, stocking most brands that fall within the Estee Lauder Group of Companies such as Estee Lauder, Clinique, Mac, Bobbi Brown, and Aramis and Designer Fragrances, including fragrances from Tommy Hilfiger, Ermenegildo Zegna, DKNY fragrances and many more.
A day in the life of a Cosmetics Company Store Manager
The Store Manager manages the total operation of the store, supervises, leads and develops their team members to ensure each employee is aligned in the Corporate Sales Vision. You will generate sales through your team, by performing outstanding customer service and maximizing in store branding opportunities. You will be responsible for the development of talent and capabilities within your team whilst embracing the High Touch Leadership Competencies (HTLC). As the Store Manager, you must develop and build strong working relationships with your center management, other store managers in the Corporate Sales Team and Managers of other businesses within your Centre.
In this role a key component will be to ensure operational effectiveness in this busy and very fast paced retail environment.
Experience Required:
Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and developing staff in a fast paced environment. Strong Sales and leadership capabilities gained from a retail environment together with previous experience with premium cosmetics will be an advantage.
Working hours/days
Full Time/ 38 hours per week
Rostered days
Sunday- Saturday, rotating roster. Applications close on Tuesday the 31st of July 2018
