The role

We’re currently looking for a Retail Consultant who is looking for a career or lifestyle change, to achieve a positive work/life balance.

You’ll be responsible for setting Optus apart through your friendliness and positivity. About you

We’re looking for reliable people who have valuable work and life experience and are ready to put those skills to use in a busy retail environment. Successful people in our stores come from diverse backgrounds, we’re looking for;

• Communication - A great personality to provide incredible customer experiences
• People Focus - You’re a listener and relationship builder, who can problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• This is a sales role, so bring your solid experience of working with KPIs and targets
• You’ll also have an interest in telecommunications
• Ability to speak additional languages such as Korean, Cantonese and Mandarin is highly beneficial
