Our client is a family owned Australian business and one of the leading manufacturers of quality bedding in Australia with products selling both here and overseas.

They are expanding their team and have an immediate need for an experienced, highly motivated Product Trainer to join on an initial 6-month basis. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will deliver face to face product training to one of their major Retail customers to equip Retail staff with the knowledge and confidence about their range of products. This role will involve extensive weekly travel both statewide and interstate.

Responsibilities include:

• Personally presenting Company products and providing retail customers with product training
• Identifying and resolving any customer training concerns 
• Participation in marketing events such as exhibitions, trade shows and meetings where required.

In order to be successful in this role you will need: 

• Previous experience in product promotion, customer service or sales required
• Availability for extensive travel throughout Australia
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experienced in teaching or training, ideally Cert IV in Training
• Previous experience in a retail customer service role is highly regarded

Full training will be provided upon commencement at their Central Coast office. Initially, there will be a focus on Metro areas such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. This is a newly created role, and there is a strong view for an extension past the initial 6 months.
