Our client is currently on the hunt for experienced assistant managers for their Belrose location. Perfect candidates will display flawless taste in home furnishings and proven success in leading a team. You will be sales savvy and able to deliver exceptional service in a consultative manner. Day by day you will assist customers by assessing their needs and providing a high-standard selection of solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Previous tenure in a retail management position
- Preferred experience in furniture or homewares
- A proven sales record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding business acumen and understanding of P&Ls, budgets and COGS
