About the opportunity
This is a part time position with approx. 20-30 hours per week, however, hours and work days are flexible and can be negotiated with the right candidate.
Initially a 6 month contract with view to permanent employment. You will be based at our clinic in Holland Park West, where your primary focus will be to manage our small team of 6 staff.
Specific duties:
- Coach and develop the team
- Implement new procedures and policies
- Drive new sales initiatives and revise KPI targets
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Oversee daily business operations
Skills & Requirements
- A background in retail, medical clinic or hospitality management
- Experience improving team dynamic and business productivity
- Diplomatic and great object handling ability
- Mature minded and strong business acumen
