Bad Boy Bobbers & Customs, based in Melbourne's South East, specialises in custom motorcycle parts & accessories for Harleys & Metric Cruisers. We also carry a broad range of ride gear & apparel. Due to ongoing growth we have an opening for a skilled Retail Manager to take over the day to day sales operations of the business.

From humble beginnings Bad Boy Bobbers has quickly grown to be one of Australia's leading Custom Motorcycle businesses for those seeking to customise & personalise their Bobbers, Metric Cruisers & Harleys. People marvel at our store presentation & range of products. References are made to Alladin's Cave or a Motorcycle Candy Store. Our level of service has built us a loyal customer base around Australia & across the world. Our customers come from all walks of life & our sales comes to us via a multitude of avenues including In-store, online, telephone, email & social media.

You will be backed up by a part time store person, an ordering manager, and a website manager. Grow the business and you can add more staff, this is all about results. We don't need a babysitter. 

We do need a skilled retailer, an individual with an outgoing personality & great customer service standards. Someone who is a natural sales person. You get the art of selling. Closing a sale, up-selling, on-selling, value adding & so forth. Ideally, the suitable candidate will have worked in the motorcycle or automotive industry for a number of years & have a proven track record in sales & management. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to turn their skills to something more exciting. Such as Managing a store with custom motorcycles coming & going all day & selling products which make people happy!

• AN INTEREST IN OR KNOWLEDGE OF MOTORCYCLES, PARTICULARLY CRUISERS.

• A MECHANICAL APTITUDE.

• PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN SALES & MANAGEMENT.

• ATTENTION TO DETAIL & ACCURACY.

• ABILITY TO UPHOLD COMPANY POLICIES & STANDARDS.

• BE HIGHLY AUTONOMOUS WITH STRONG TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

• SOLID WORK ETHIC, SELF MOTIVATED, PASSIONATE & RELIABLE.

• PROFESSIONALLY PRESENTED WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

• LEAD FROM THE FRONT. SET THE GOOD EXAMPLES.

• EXPERIENCE WITH ONLINE SHOPPING OR SELLING.  

• A FORWARD THINKER WITH PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. A PLANNER.

• EASY TO GET ALONG WITH & A POSITIVE OUTLOOK.

This is a 40 hour per week role, salary based with standard leave entitlements & superannuation. Show us results and we will reward you with a healthy bonus system.
