The Surfboard Warehouse is currently seeking a mature and experience Assistant Manager in addition to a full time Sales Assistant to work in our busy store located in Byron Bay. We offer this unique position giving you the opportunity to be a part of our team at The Surfboard Warehouse.
The Surfboard Warehouse provides Australia's largest range of surfing products. We specialise in the manufacture and sale of surfboards, stand up paddleboards and surf products and accessories. With six stores that stretch from Northern NSW to the Sunshine Coast, as well as an online store, we are an expanding company on the rise. As our company has a track record of success, the applicable candidate can be assured that this is a role where your dedication and hard work is rewarded.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with demonstrated retail sales skills supported by their experience within the retail industry.
To be successful in the role you MUST have:
- Retail Sales skills;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Flexibility with work hours and available on weekends;
- The ability to problem solve and think laterally about issues/situations;
- The ability to work well in a team, contributing to store sales and co-operate well with managers to maintain high moral;
- A willing to learn and increase your knowledge base under the guidance of the management team;
- A trustworthy and reliable personality; and
- Ability to work autonomously.
