About the Position
We are seeking a high volume, fashion focused Stock Coordinator to join our Chadstone team. This newly created role will report directly into our Flagship Store Manager. As a senior leader in store you will, provide highly productive stock management & control. You will collaborate with the sales team instore & field visual team to ensure the retail floor is commercially presented and protected.
This is a full-time position with a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in managing high volume stock/stock room; deliveries, transfers & visual merchandising
- Proven experience across omni channel retailing
- Picking & packing stock for delivery from store to customer
- Knowledgeable in best practise inventory controls; ability to limit stock loss & shrinkage
- Ability to implement & deliver tight stock control measures & processes across the shop floor & stock room
- Strong communicator with the ability to coach & educate the sales team in stock control
- Motivated by being part of a talented and energetic team
