As a Regional Manager, you will have responsibility for the following areas

Management of 10+ high volume, large format retail sites or state/national experience for smaller format brands
End to end financial management for your business from budgets and wages to detailed P&L analysis
Driving a customer centric environment through community engagement, local area marketing and developing relationships in your markets
Change management, leading and championing the business strategies

To be considered for this role, you will come with the following experience and attributes

Regional/State management experience with a big box retailer/ National Retail Manager from specialty
Strong people focus and the ability to engage, inspire and motivate diverse teams through an ever changing environment
A genuine passion for delivery and exceeding customer expectations
