We are on the search for a dynamic, fun loving and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Salsas team at Bondi Junction!

As an Assistant Manager you will provide invaluable support to our Business Manager and be responsible for developing and motivating the team to give the best customer experience every time. We want you to help take our store to the next level in operational excellence to be the BEST SALSAS EVER!

Salsas is after an experienced Assistant Manager that leads by example, has a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, who is business savvy, has a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.

What you will bring to Salsas:

·  2IC/ Assistant Management experience in retail or hospitality

·  Able to help lead a large and passionate team

·  Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time!

·  Able to problem solve and multi-task whilst smiling your head off

·  Have a positive and fun attitude
