We seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant who has a focus on Customer Service, doing the right thing for our customers, while maintaining sales expectations. This is a primarily dedicated sales role across all our stores.

 

Position currently available

  • Must have prior experience and be effective in sales

  • Motivated & Driven individual, that works well on their own as well as a team

  • Located in our Noosa, Nambour & Kawana Stores

 

 

What is My IT Shop?

My IT Shop has three stores located on the Sunshine Coast in Kawana Shopping World, Noosa Civic and Nambour Plaza. We are the one stop shop for all technology repairs, upgrades, accessories and good old fashion advice. We offer a single place for customers to get the right, unbiased advice concerning their technology.

 

Responsibilities

  • Engaging customers to diagnose basic problems

  • Proactively looking for the best solution for the customers needs

  • Processing Sales on POS System

  • Handling money (Opening Till, Closing Till, Banking)

  • Actively meeting KPI targets by thinking outside the box

Mandatory requirements

  • Must have prior Sales experience

  • Experienced in thinking outside the box

  • Eager to Learn new skills and implement what they’ve learned immediately.

  • Ability to receive constructive criticism and change behaviour accordingly.

  • Drive to develop yourself, grow and progress in your role.

  • Able to handle a fast paced company environment & culture

  • Background/Understanding of technology

  • Reliability - We are a small team, we rely on each other, we need reliable people.

Once you’re done, upload your video to YouTube (you can mark it as unlisted to keep it private), and then put it AT THE TOP of your resume or cover letter when you apply via Seek.
