The Company

One of the best digital agencies in Melbourne is growing its paid search function with the addition of a Senior Search Executive. You'll work alongside some of the top industry experts in development, design, digital marketing as well as a wide range of different businesses.

 

The Role

*Overall implementation and optimisation of search campaigns within the team.

*The management of day to day account requirements to deliver search best practice, and ad-hoc client requests.

*Leading client presentation of results, marketplace updates and competitive reports and insights

*Regular client contact, maintaining strong relationships, and understanding motivations and pressures.

*Driving insight through the appropriate use of analytics and reporting tools, to improve media performance and customer journeys.

*Planning and forecasting of budget and performance, with relevant and actionable insights and rationale.

*The effective management Paid Search Executive and tasks in line with client needs and individual development.

*The scoping and use of other Pay-Per-Click channels to deliver account growth and business targets.

*All client output, ensuring communications are tailored to the audience and the requirements of the brief.

 

Your Profile

*The Senior Paid Search Executive will be able to effectively manage the running of a client account both operationally and strategically.

*They will be a skilled Search practitioner, with a track record of driving business efficiencies and building strong relationships.

*The Senior Search Executive will have a thorough understanding of their clients Search business objectives, budgets and targets.

*With responsibility for Search Executives, they are the person charged with the team's operational delivery across their clients.

*Strategically, they will be responsible for delivering budget and performance forecasts, client/competitive/market insights, understanding analytics, producing testing matrices, and development programmes.
