We are currently working with a top tier professional services firm seeking Marketing and BD Manager to join the team. Our employer has a strong company culture as well as an established presence in Brisbane, they are looking for a marketing and communication professional to join their passionate team and be responsible for all areas of the marketing, communications and digital
As the Marketing and BD Manager some of your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to;
- Create, review and manage all external and internal communications.
- Collaborate with individuals to create business development and marketing plans.
- Manage the marketing budget in collaboration with the Finance Manager and GM
- Manage the production of brochures, newsletters and other printed collateral
- Manage the company website as well as their Linkedin page and social media
- Manage media relations for the firm including a media crisis plan as well as proactive media
- Manage award submissions and capability statements for the organisation
- Brand management and implementing a digital marketing strategy
- Manage sponsorships and events
To be considered for this role you will have experience in a similar role at a senior level within the professional services sector. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong internal and external relationships quickly. You will have demonstrated experience in written communications across capability statements as well as all areas of media including social. You will be tertiary qualified in marketing and or communications and preferably be proficient in using Adobe products such as Photoshop and InDesign.
