Sydney Tools is a well-established Australian owned, leading Power Tool retailer with 25+ locations across Australia. Following an exciting period of growth and success, we are currently seeking applications from enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Assistance to join our team.
The job will mainly consist of leading the development and execution of Sydney Tools long term product strategy to provide further business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Strong and Passionate work ethics
- Provide marketing material and support to stores
- Negotiate and engage with suppliers for marketing material
- Develop and implement customer focused, brand marketing and promotional strategies
- Implement and manage marketing programs, campaign management, communications, social media and online marketing, with an objective to delivery sales growth
- Manage and execute marketing events
- Provide guidance to staff and stakeholders to ensure marketing objectives are understood and achieved
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and monitoring
- Negotiate, influence and engage stakeholders with the intent to elevate relationships to ensure business growth
Advantageous qualities:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Strong management skills
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing strategies, and background of marketing to the customer
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Strong and Passionate work ethics
