The candidate
- 2+ years of local marketing experience, real estate industry preferable
- Relevant degree, Bachelor or above
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing
- Long-term Visa without work limit
- Excellent skills on writing, communicating, event planning and market analyzing
The Role
- Formulate annual development plan based on company overall strategy, report to marketing director
- Predict and analyze real estate market, organize sales team to conduct marketing research, keep close track on market trend
- Organize marketing promotion events according to the plan, organize market public relation and advertisement promotion activities regularly
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationship with external media, government and relevant social organization, responsible for company branding and brand operation
