Due to a promotion within our marketing team we are looking to hire a new marketing coordinator.  This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has a flair for content writing and is looking to develop their marketing capabilities in a hands on role.

The Job

Working within the marketing team your role will be varied across a wide range of marketing activities with a strong focus on creating content. Your ability to engage with customers through digital channels, and your highly organized approach to managing workloads across multiple brands will be your mark of success. Duties within this role include:

• Social media community management using Facebook and Instagram; writing and posting daily, replying to customers and engaging with our community.
• Creating on brand and engaging emails using Klaviyo
• Writing blogs that speak to our audience and are optimized for SEO
• Uploading content into our web platforms
• Assisting with events and PR mail outs
• Keeping on top of market trends, researching our competitors and the market to keep us competitive
• Creating clear briefs for our graphic designers, and assisting in small amounts of graphic design work and small print management as required

Skills and Experience

To do this you will have:

• Excellent written communication, with high attention to grammar, style and producing on brand content
• A background in writing, communications, PR, or journalism is desirable
• A good understanding of marketing basics, with a desire to develop knowledge and expertise
• Experience using an email marketing software Klaviyo or similar
• Experience in uploading digital content into Shopify and Wordpress or similar
• Proven ability to get community engagement through social media posting and management
• The ability to work efficiently across multiple brands and multiple projects on a daily basis
• A love of keeping up to date with trends in order to keep content relevant and engaging
• A hands on approach, taking opportunities as they arise and working with the marketing team to do what it takes to get the job done.
• A keen love of skincare and keeping healthy is a massive plus
