Our Client is looking for a Qualitative Specialist Consultant with the flexibility to handle focus groups, consulting and high end qualitative projects. You will work with wonderful, brand-name clients and work on diverse projects.
Who
We are looking for:
• 6-10 years or more experience in a market research consultancy and relevant tertiary qualifications
• a researcher who can work on a mix of local and global projects with the opportunity to specialise
• a commercially pragmatic (solutions-based) qualitative researcher who is able to delight our clients
• a focus group guru who can manage and lead creative and strategic groups
• an individual who enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team with problem-solving at its core
• a sound grounding in proposal and pitch development, designing input using both creative and technical skills
• proven project management and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail
Role
You will:
• own and develop direct client relationships (1-2 clients), initially project based, but also growing on-going relationships with clients
• immerse yourself in our clients’ businesses, growing strong relationships and building new connections and understanding their issues
• develop extensive discussion guides and stimulus across a range of issues and qualitative methodologies; moderate groups independently and to a high standard
• run smaller qualitative projects with some assistance along with qualitative aspects of agency-wide projects, whilst integrating consulting as required
• be flexible with methodologies and use skills of the greater team to think differently about project approaches
• nurture the junior members of our team and display an on-going passion for learning
