Market Research Project Manager needed for a Financial Services role. Large, Successful Research Agency provides best-in-class training and mentoring.
Who
We are looking for:
• 2 or more years experience in a market research agency with quantitative, project management skills, ideally client-facing and some financial services knowledge
• some exposure to large tracking studies, and ideally ad hoc studies also
• tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, along with sound word, excel and powerpoint skills
• experience working with large data sets is of interest
• hands on experience with SPSS and Q – these data skills will be needed day-to-day
• curiosity and a keen interest to learn, this role will receive a lot of senior mentoring
• an analytical and numerical mind; you will need sharp decision-making and problem solving to excel in this role
• a proactive and mature project manager who can see foresee problems and take initiative
Role
You will report to a Group Account Director. You will be required to:
• manage quantitative market research projects through the agency, with some client management work also
• collect briefs from clients, input into proposals and methodologies, develop discussion guides, manage fieldworks and costs and oversee outputs
• support your team in working on reports and presentations
• be agile working data insights and be able to provide answers and insight on the go
• strong administration skills and attention to detail
• work with every department of our agency and be a true team player
