This is an opportunity to join our ANZ offices based in North Ryde.
About the Role
You'll be expected to develop, execute and analyse marketing strategies and campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. You'll be responsible for a full spectrum of marketing activities from PR and event management to eCommerce and everything in between. You'll also be responsible for community management and content development for our various Social Media channels.
This role reports to the Asia Pacific Marketing Manager.
This role is ideally suited to someone with broad marketing experience, who is still willing to get hands on in the execution of campaigns and events. The position will be a full-time 6 month maternity leave cover, which may be open to extension.
Responsibilities
The role will include the following key responsibilities:
- Development and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion programs and ensure their execution to achieve financial and marketing targets
- Drive business objectives as a member of the local management team
- Provision of assets and collateral for sales support in order to achieve marketing objectives
- Development of 2 direct reports
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and drive innovation in the mix to enhance effectiveness
- Campaign development, execution and management
- eCommerce strategy and execution including monthly promotions for the Wacom eStore
- The usual administration, forecasting, performance reporting etc.
Qualification
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years marketing experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Self-driven and capable of managing a high volume of time sensitive work delivering to deadline
