Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing and Communications this newly created role will be an amazing opportunity for an experienced, mature minded individual to undertake the co-ordination and administration of the day to day activities of the Marketing department; with a primary focus on managing the digital marketing strategies of the Association.
The successful incumbent will possess 3 + years similar experience and will be responsible for engaging with the business and third-party vendors to provide assistance in all marketing and communication activities that promote member services provided by the Business.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in developing and coordinating applicable marketing collateral and promotional material;
- Assist in creating communication activities in building brand awareness; membership acquisition and retention campaigns throughout all divisions of the business;
- Assist in the creation and management of the digital marketing calendar including social media and updating the website in cohesion with offline marketing and brand activities, including the Journal Magazine; member events; and other promotional activities;
- Preparing and distributing member related EDM’s;
- Coordinating relevant member-based events;
- Other general marketing related duties as required.
To be considered for this role:
- You will possess 3 + years similar Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
- Understanding Digital Marketing is paramount!
In addition you will understand marketing attribution and can demonstrate the ability to develop, analyse and improve campaigns in a timely manner. You will be a strategic thinker with a strong focus on growth; be driven; collaborative; not afraid of hard work and who relishes working in a fast paced environment.
