ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to an increased demand on our Marketing Department and planned continued growth in this area, an exciting opportunity has arisen, for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team, based at our head office in Thomastown.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Marketing digital platform with the aim of building, developing and enhancing the Billi brand and growing overall sales opportunities.

Reporting to an experienced and supportive Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities include:    

• Support the Marketing Manager with the development and activation plans of overall brand plan strategy aligned with the digital space.
• Create, manage and implement the social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Drive marketing initiatives through EDM activity utilising the Billi database
• Manage the Billi website and CMS ensuring maintenance and updates.
• Create and manage the SEO/SEM strategy ensuring the Billi website is maximising lead opportunities in the online space
• Manage and report on digital activity across the Billi website, digital advertising and social media platforms.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has:

• Degree qualified in Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing within a Marketing environment
• Consumer goods experience (advantageous, not essential)

Key Competencies & skills required:

• Highly motivated self-starter with results orientation to complete tasks on time
• Hands on approach and can-do attitude
• Ability to think and act calmly under high pressure
• Demonstrates strong decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in WordPress
• Strong understanding of importance of content marketing, SEO techniques and best practices
• Experience in developing Content & SEO strategies and keeping abreast of latest developments in both to increase lead generation.
• Passion for data and analysis
• High level communication, interpersonal & diplomacy skills
• Honest, reliable & approachable
• Team player & willingness to cooperate with and support others
• Results driven & solutions focused
