Senior Insights Analyst - Loyalty Analytics

The marketing team are looking for someone to join the team who is passionate about driving data decisions to influence performance.

 
This team analyses loyalty data to provide insights to drive customer insights and segment strategies.  They also deep dive into loyalty data to gain a better understanding of their members and behaviours, in order to develop and execute more effective marketing strategies.

 
Key requirements:
-          Experience in the analytics-based interaction management industry
-          Advanced working knowledge of SQL
-          Understanding and/or interest in loyalty and customer behaviour
-          Experience in modelling techniques (e.g. propensity models, clustering segmentation) and tools (e.g. SPSS, SAS, R etc.)
-          You should be passionate, ambitious and have a can-do attitude.

 
This role will utilise your technical skill set, expand your commercial knowledge whilst giving you exposure to working with large complex data sets.
