About the client:
Specialist market research consultancy aiming to deliver fresh, actionable insights out of quality research and delivered with a personal client-focused approach.
A collaborative team that specialises across a wide range of disciplines including Brand Development, Online communities, Technology-enabled research solutions (Mobile Ethnography), Advertising and Communications, Motivational Research, Semiotics, Concept development/testing, and New Product Development - across a wide range of clients.
About the role
This is a newly created role, to support the growth of the company and team. This person will support the Account Director(s) in the day-to-day management of client relationships and quant projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist/develop proposals to a client’s brief
- Develop the questionnaire and gather respondent stimulus material
- Choose and brief fieldwork partners
- Check and monitor all aspects of fieldwork
- Analyse data sets and prepare presentations
- Deliver presentations as part of the project team
Experience required
- Circa 3+ years' experience in Market Research from a Research Agency
- Experience in Quantitative research, (qualitative as well would be a bonus).
- Committed to quality thinking and have a genuine passion for research.
- Continual client focus
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Close attention to detail
- Strong analytical ability
- Creative acumen
