A little about the Role:

My client is a rapidly expanding company with offices in in Asia with the head office based in Singapore. They are looking for a digital marketing sales professional to lead, motivate, mentor and coach the Singapore team in the newly established Singapore office.

As the Agency Sales Manager you will be responsible for assisting your team in establishing and growing client revenue as well as ensuring that team and individual targets are met while exceeding our client’s expectations.

This is a genuine opportunity for a digital professional to work in an organisation that has a happy culture, very supportive of executive staff who also provides opportunities for career progression.

More specifically, you will:

  • Developing strategy with the executive team to develop sales strategies and business plans to reach and exceed individual and team targets for SEO, SEM and Social
  • Lead, motivate and mentor and coach a small team of Business Development Managers to ensure that team and individual targets are met while exceeding our clients expectations
  • Continue to develop a culture of continuous improvement and “best practice” in the team
  • Develop and deliver effective sales strategies that align with the vision of the company
  • Promote staff personal development
  • Work closely with the team and to provide them with monthly progress reports
  • Be able to developing and maintain strong relationships
  • Communicative productively with colleagues at all organisational levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

A little about you:

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 year’s of experience in leading a small team in a search marketing agency/environment. The teams that you have managed have consistently achieved sales and customer satisfaction targets.

You are a self-starter, have a positive attitude and like a fast paced environment.

Key requirements:

  • You can develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team and individual targets
  • You are a manager who leads by example, who is driven to succeed, always display’s a positive attitude which fosters a passionate culture of continuous improvement in your team
  • 2 years experience in leading a search marketing team in a search agency/marketing environment
  • You have excellent relationship skills to be able to forge strong professional working relationships with staff and clients
  • Ability to remain perceptive to client requirements and deliver clients expectations
  • You are articulate and have strong business acumen
  • You have impeccable attention to detail with a strong commitment to customer quality and business integrity
  • You have a strong understanding of industry trends and are able to develop effective ways of reaching and ensuring ROI for clients
  • You have strong communication, solution selling and negotiation skills both written and verbal
  • You have excellent time management and organisational skills so you are able to meet set deadlines of yourself and your team
  • You are a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
