Based in our Barangaroo office, we have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team that will see you taking ownership of implementing the Lendlease Property & Business Unit CRM strategy and roadmap, planning and building our multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, integrated campaign execution. You will also support adhoc campaign requirements to acquire, retain, reactivate and engage our customers. In addition, you will be driving Customer Lifetime Value from all segments to meet business objectives, your knowledge of the customer and their triggers (both emotional and rational) will be critical as well as bringing a customer led mindset along with excellent technical knowledge of CRM. Your key areas of focus will be strategic, financial and operational.
With your demonstrated experience in a similar B2C and or B2B role gained in large complex environment, you will be numbers focused and have a solid understanding and proven experience using CRM. You will have a flair for solving problems and possess strong technical and analytical skills to support the development and implementation of ICT policies. In addition, you will have exceptional project and stakeholder management skills coupled with sophisticated communication skills and thrive working in a diverse and ever-changing environment.
