We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dedicated team of Recruiters, Account Managers, and Talent Managers to oversee all of our communications, candidate and client liaison, social media, marketing and advertising, resourcing and development.
  
Functions and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist include:

• Building marketing groups on all social platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook etc
• Blogging to industry and talent pools in both written and video format
• Attend industry meet-ups, tech, design, marketing, advertising
• Social our jobs
• Promote the interactiveinc brand
• Website management
• Targeted advertising across social platforms
• Communicate and liaise with all client and candidate groups
• Write ongoing job ads
• Resource our large talent pool of digital marketing and advertising talent
• Assist recruiters with finding talent for digital marketing roles
• SEO, SEM review and implementation
• Using tools such as Eventbrite, Hubspot regularly

Skills needed for the role:

• Graduate degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising preferred
• Understanding of the digital industry landscape, including latest technologies
• 2 years experience in a similar role or agency
• Excellent written and communication skills
