Your new role
Your new role will be responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the company brand in addition to managing the public relations to proactively seek media opportunities. A lot of this role will require you to coordinate and communicate the marketing strategy with external agencies to ensure the appropriate collateral is developed and delivered across a variety of marketing channels. You will develop marketing collateral and branding, through both traditional and digital methods, whilst managing the budget and measuring the marketing results. You will manage high level relationships with external groups and government agencies along with managing media and press relationships, special events and community outreach activities. You will bring innovative methods to your marketing strategies and be able to execute the vision within set deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and have thorough experience and understanding of marketing, with very strong stakeholder engagement and management abilities. You will be skilled in creating, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, setting and managing marketing budgets. To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in the development of marketing strategies for large scale campaigns and have the ability to reach a targeted demographic, with proven experience liaising and managing multiple external agencies. To be successful in this role you will have strong project management skills that requires strict time management and understanding of key deliverables.
