A dream role for a CX Strategist to work in-house for an iconic sporting club, venue and on world renowned events.

You'll put customers first, to design, build and launch experiences that re-imagine and redefine the brand. Delivering great customer experiences that meets the brand promise.

Create experiences that find the sweet spot between business, technology and customer experience.

You'll realise the customer vision through a varied role incorporating research, strategy, design, project management and execution.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Critically assess the current customer experience for all customer segments
  • Leverage exisiting research & conduct new research
  • Identify pain points and prioritise immediate opportunities
  • Create new experiences with your  design thinking led approach 
  • Assist the senior team to present strategies to Board & Executive team
  • Work closely with the operations team on execution

Your stakeholders are across brand, marketing and operations, so you'll love the broad business exposure and opportunity to influence the customer experience across all manner of areas - membership, ticketing, signage, marketing collateral, venue design, event experience, venue navigation, food, drink...

 

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in service design, CX, innovation or related field
  • A natural and creative problem solver
  • Able to inspire your new colleagues  with the customer vision
  • Solid organisation, research and strategy skills
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Influential client/stakeholder manager
