We’re on the hunt for a person with the world’s best phone manner - who can take a call, quickly understand a customers needs and lock-in an appointment to speak with one of our friendly home loan brokers. The Customer Care Coordinator’s mission is to help us get more customers confirming an appointment. We’ve got some big targets and are a company with a start-up attitude so we’re looking for a talented individual with a high level of initiative, a fast learner and a helpful attitude.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Performance, the Customer Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in connecting our customers with the right home loan broker for their needs. It is a consumer and internal-customer (broker) facing role that aims to facilitate smooth and professional interactions with customers and our franchise network.

Seeking a friendly, phone-savyy rockstar who is a results-focused do-er to. We’re a marketing team that goes above and beyond, seeks creative solutions to challenges, doesn’t settle for the status quo, are happy to roll up our sleeves and get it all done with exceptional results. We’re looking for someone who is quick to build relationships, loves to help customers, works well with their team and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
If you need detailed direction, hand-holding, are risk averse, can’t juggle multiple projects, find it  hard communicating with senior stockholders and panic with shifting priorities, this is not the role for you.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in an inbound or outbound role
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with sales databases/CRM systems
  • Sales skills highly desirable
  • Experience in finance highly desirable
  • Accountability and a structured and organised in their approach to work
  • A focus on delivering a high quality level of service
  • Financial services experience would be highly regarded
  • A friendly, helpful and confident phone manner
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work very well in a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering 13 LOAN (9am - 5.30pm)
    • Allocating consumer
    • Setting appointments
    • Complaints handling
    • General customer enquiries/broker directory
  • Respond and manage all emails for [email protected]
  • Allocating Corporate Leads in MyCRM
  • Broker leads profile management
  • Possibly man Loan Market Website chat
  • Provide general customer care for the Loan Market brand
  • Auditing and Investigating Corporate Leads data
  • Assist with:
    • Run corporate leads reports
    • Write phone scripts with us
    • Document customer objections
