Our client is a trusted IT solutions business in the data analytics space. They pride themselves on tailored business solutions and with continuous growth they are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager.

Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for;

• Assist and coordinate projects, evaluate lead generation campaigns, maintain campaign records and provide administrative support to marketing manager

• Administer and maintain the company’s CRM database

• Marketing and development of promotional collateral

• Support the Marketing Manager with the execution of campaigns and activities

• Rigorous management of campaigns, both below and above the line; webinars, events and digital campaigns

• Actively maintain a campaign calendar in coordination with marketing activity

• Manage and maintain adequate stock levels of marketing collateral material and distribute to internal and external as needed

• Track fulfilment status of all events, memberships, collateral and accounts payable activities

Profile

To be considered for the role you will have;

• At least 1+ years’ experience in a similar role

• Graphic Design skills desirable

• A strong worth ethic and positive attitude

• Proven experience showing initiative and drive

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is advantageous
