Two Support and Project Coordinators
Impact Data is a digital marketing software company looking for two proactive people to join the client support team for an immediate start.
Impact Data is a leading technology and marketing company that create a range of software tools for businesses across digital marketing, rostering and data analysis. Our platforms allow businesses to communicate with customers through email, SMS, social media, and target key groups through data analysis. We work with some of the biggest names in hospitality, fitness and retail in Australia, Asia and the UK.
We're growing our customer support team, and are currently seeking two Support and Project Coordinator team members for an immediate start. Our Little Bourke Street office, in the legal district of the CBD is a laid back environment; we prefer to focus on the work rather than what to wear to the office (no suits required!).
About the role
The Support and Project Coordinator position is a key support role within the business. Its primary functions cover:

First tier support and advice for our clients on product use and best practice via phone and email.

Onboarding new clients through creation and delivery of their account.

Providing operational support for our key accounts and corporate clients under the direction of various department heads
About you
The role requires confidence in software and web based application use, strong interpersonal skills through phone and email, capacity to deliver basic marketing advice to clients, a proactive attitude towards troubleshooting and learning and strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Prior knowledge with marketing communication software and helpdesk applications is desirable but not essential.
