Social Media Account Manager

We seek a motivated social media account manager to join our existing social team.
Social media will be your base but there will also be extensive opportunities to be involved in the creation and execution of promotions and events.
We seek an individual who is ready to assert themselves at IVY and with our clients but be prepared to learn on that journey. This role has the potential to grow with you and because of you.

Your role?
-
Create, post and monitor content across various social media platforms
-
Manage customer interactions on social media platforms, including reviews, posts to page, direct messages, post comments
-
Create basic 'post boosts' and advanced Ad Set campaign creation using Facebook power editor or ad manager

Develop content strategies for a range of campaigns and clients
-
Assist with providing digital innovation across all channels for all clients

Management and liaison with key influencers

Develop and implement social media, and marketing strategies
-
Audit and report on paid social campaigns
-
Work with the creative team to design collateral
-
Work within client budgets and ad spend
Key Selection Criteria
-
Currently undergoing or Completed Business/Marketing/Communications/HR Degree (or similar)
-
Experience using Facebook for business platform is essential.

Thorough understanding of Social Media Platforms and trends
-
Proven experience in delivering and growing key Social Media Accounts

Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
-
Although not essential, meaningful experience within the hospitality industry will assist greatly in your application

Although not essential, a medium level of experience using indesign and photoshop will assist in your application.
