About the Role
As the Brand Manager for PUIG , you will deliver a seamless customer journey experience, from driving both new and existing products and ranges. You will think outside the box, to create exciting brand activations and in-store promotional campaigns.
The successful candidate is already a Brand , Product or Marketing Manager looking to immerse themselves into the portfolio of PUIG Brands. You are innovative, creative and agile in your approach. You love being hands on and sharing your passion for all things fragrance
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all brands across the PUIG portfolio- Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci, Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, PRADA and Valentino
- Achieve KPIs such as sales, profit and market share
- Develop and Manage the execution of the portfolio's marketing strategy including managing the product portfolio, forecasting, promotional programs & in-store activations
- Champion a high performing level of performance for your brands- ensuring brand message is consistent and in line with global guidelines
- Deliver post launch evaluation and analysis on all campaigns covering sell through data, in field feedback and market trends
- Prepare, monitor and present portfolio performance analysis on a monthly basis
- Engage in open communication and strong work ethos within the team
- Manage agency relationships, from briefing, budgeting and story telling
About You
- You have 3+ years in a Brand, Product or Marketing role
- You preferably have a degree in Marketing or a related field
- You are able to build strong and viable relationships cross functionally
- You have strong analytical and budget management skills
- You have a creative mindset and use your problem solving abilities
- You describe yourself as down to earth and will do whatever it takes to get the job done!
