The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and insightful Design leader who wants to nurture a valuable practice and help grow a team.
What we need
A champion for customer centricity in the agency, a driver of change and a solver of complex problems, you will be:
- Insightful and create value in a variety of settings through the application of human centred design, lean, agile and related practices
- Be a conduit for driving research insight through design and implementation
- Driven to create success across Design and Customer Experience, Client Engagement and Practice Development
What we're looking for
You'll be holistic in your approach and you love what you do. You'll also bring a host of qualities including:
- Comprehensive experience in the design industry with a flair and passion for your craft
- Strong experience in facilitating and leading qualitative research activity
- Experience working on a selection of research, service design, visual design, front-end coding, facilitation, business strategy and customer experience
