The Business Bank is experiencing a time of change and transformation and they have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of this.
The Product Management team are central to this success. They are looking for a driven motivated and analytical Senior Associate to join the team and help them deliver strategic initiatives that simplify and improve cash management for business customers.
The Role
As Senior Associate working in the Strategic Initiatives team you will gain exposure to all the skills needed to build a career in Product Management.
You will work with Product Managers on strategic and tactical initiatives across process improvement, change management, analytics, risk management and reporting to continually improve the product position in market.
Working in an environment of continuous improvement you will gain exposure to stakeholders across the business including Marketing, Legal, Risk and Technology to ensure that product change and process improvement can be delivered on time and on budget.
You will leverage customer insights and complaints data to identify innovative solutions that improve the way businesses across Australia manage their working capital.
The Person
To be successful you will be a motivated and analytical professional ideally with experience in either a banking or consulting environment.
You will have advanced analytical skills, including strong excel skills, that give you the ability to find insights in customer data.
You will use your advanced written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and have a proven ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a large corporate environment.
Exposure to process improvement and/or risk management will be highly regarded.
