The Palm Lake Group develop, construct and manage Lifestyle Resorts, Retirement Villages and Aged Care Facilities. Our resorts across Australia are driven by a philosophy of inspired luxury surrounded by world class facilities and home designs.
We are looking for an Event Coordinator who will be responsible for the hands-on management of planning, developing and executing all of our events. We are looking for an experienced professional, with a proven track record of working in a fast paced environment whilst delivering high quality functions and events. The successful candidate will be possess innovative ideas, meticulous organisation skills, and attention to detail with a very high level of customer service.
Ideally you will have:-
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role;
- Willing to undertake extensive travel;
- Experience monitoring marketing spend and preparing monthly reconciliations of expenditure against each project's marketing budget.
- Be a positive, self-starter with a genuine passion for service excellence;
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability using MS Office application
