This role is responsible for planning, managing and developing our  product portfolio for sale across multiple channels to achieve our business goals. The role has the following key areas of focus:

• Product Development and Management
• Sales Growth and Performance
• Strategy Development
• Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities

• Delivers effective and high quality product planning and development including coordination, execution and evaluation of our product portfolio for sale across retail and online channels
• Undertakes the development and implementation of business processes associated with product development to improve operational efficiencies whilst maintaining the quality of our products.
• Participates in strategy development initiatives relating to the development of new and existing products in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
• Undertakes research, analysis and reporting on product and channel performance data and other relevant information for the effective management of our product portfolio and to inform decision making on future initiatives and innovation
• Develops and manages positive and effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure product development needs as well as product performance management are supported

Essential Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated experience developing, managing and executing product development initiatives for a portfolio of products for sale across multiple channels
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and reporting on product performance and sales strategies to optimise business performance and deliver on customer expectations
• Demonstrated ability to interpret, review and develop the legislative, legal and risk documentation associated with our products.
• Demonstrated ability to work within allocated budgets, and monitors, reviews, analyses and reports on budget expenditure and ensures budgets are effectively utilised
