The Company
Our client is a brand-new company recently launched in Australia to provide a simple, efficient and reliable eSettlements solution. A collaboration between one of Australia's leading provider of e-Settlement technology and services and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), our client will offer lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions a streamlined and comprehensive technology solution that will seamlessly integrate with existing practices and systems.

Objective
To deliver quality, integrated campaigns that build awareness, thought leadership and generate sales leads for the business.

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated programs designed for demand generation and thought leadership. You will be responsible for developing themes, messages and content into key assets such as EDM's, webinars, videos, white papers, eBooks, collateral, etc. Campaigns will be planned and executed in Salesforce Pardot Marketing automation tool and effectiveness of each campaign and vehicle to be measured. You will be focussed on measurable outcomes such as MQLs, sales opportunities and pipeline dollar contribution. You will develop a content plan for each year based on key themes and deliverables that leverages various marketing routes to market.

Working across sales, products, development and management, you will engage positively and professionally to determine business needs, key inputs and drive towards common goals and targets.

The Responsibilities
  • Develop a content plan with key themes and assets
  • Plan, execute and measure integrated campaigns on Pardot
  • Creative writing & asset production - main in-house resource for writing marketing materials to support campaigns and sales enablement
  • Creative Services - managing suppliers for copywriting, design & production on major projects
  • Lead planning and tracking of results for each program and budget period
  • Attend lead update meetings with sales and drive best practice lead management with sales organisation
  • Pardot & SF super-user
  • Develop and manage cross-functional resources to align with project plan
  • Customer References - develop key assets such as videos & case studies
  • Evaluate programs, optimise and continuously improve results\
  • Develop a SharePoint asset site
  • Manage campaign budget and tracking
  • Competitively quote all print production projects for best value
  • Keep across emerging technologies, marketing vehicles and sites for best practice marketing. Test and apply where appropriate
  • Social media sharing
The Ideal Person
A detail-oriented planner, producer and campaign manager with exceptional time and project management skills. You will be flexible, adaptable and agile in your approach. A creative writer and thinker to address communications challenges with simple clear messages. You will thrice in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate an ability to multitask. Positive, strong communicator and results oriented.

Experience 
  • Significant B2B demand generation marketing (5-7+ years)
  • Salesforce.com knowledge and marketing automation tool experince
  • Experience working within the software or technology space
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses
  • Ability to anticipate, communicate and resolve issues with minimal guidance
  • Excellent attention to detail and deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and third parties
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, take direction and input to develop effective and engaging programs that will achieve the organisation's goals
  • Experience managing multiple, complex programs in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Integrated campaign management experience including all aspects of the marketing mix
  • Social media, EDMs, print and video production knowledge
  • Experience delivering lead results to the sales organisation
