Our client is a very successful warehouse and logistics company and one of the leading distribution companies in Australia.They are currently seeking a reliable and experienced eCommerce Coordinator to join their team based in HORSLEY PARK, NSW.
The ideal candidate will need to be organised, dedicated, quick learner and show willingness to learn. You should be able to demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as you will be the first point of contact for internal & external stakeholders.
This position is on-going for the right candidate! *must be available Mon to Fri 8 AM - 4 PM*
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding orders
- Managing the product range on various programs
- Sales support
- Providing marketing support
- Keeping the online portal updated
- Manage inventory levels
- Managing customer and supplier records/invoices
- General administration tasks
- Well presented at all times
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)

At least two years employment in an administrative or customer service role with an international company would be an advantage.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and general IT confidence
