About the Role

Many organisations talk about developing a Customer Centric culture, often the balance between commercial objectives and customer needs is heavily weighted in favour of commercial objectives.  It is rare to find an organisation that is seeking to develop a true Customer First culture, and to find an organisation that is already so passionate about its customers at every point of the business. 

To be successful in this role you will be a consumer advocate. One key accountability will be to utilise your passion for people and measure their experiences with HCF and service provider touchpoints. You will have significant involvement the development of research objectives for stakeholders and you will be responsible for end to end execution, and support the Manager in interpretation and deployment of consumer research insight to key senior stakeholders (internal and external).

Reporting directly into the Manager Research and Consumer Insight you will be responsible for the following

  • Support the execution of the overall research program of work to deliver interconnected BAU and project outcomes aligned to the strategic goals of HCF
  • Work with research vendors to ensure smooth execution of research projects and delivery of high quality outcomes
  • Engage internal customers and stakeholders in the design and execution of research to support their business unit objectives
  • Design and execute questionnaires from scratch to address business unit objectives
  • Generate timely and high quality research based reporting to cascade insights into the organisation
  • Script questionnaires into Qualtrics, monitor questionnaire performance and look for solutions to improve the quality of insight from the survey
  • Conduct adhoc analysis on research and internal data sets to answer new questions or extend the insight from initial research activities
  • Participate in a culture that continually seeks to improve through your everyday actions

 

About you

Essential

  • Enthusiast proactive consumer centric attitude
  • Ethical and able to respect sensitive and confidential information
  • Consumer research background (3-5yrs)
  • Strong/Moderate skills using analytical tools (SPSS, Q)
  • End to End project management skills
  • Strong questionnaire design skills
  • Experience in building insights presentations for senior decision making groups
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Qualtrics or similar survey design tools

 

Desired

 

  • Research agency experience with a preference for quantitative analytics
  • Health insurance, general insurance, financial services experience in client side roles
  • Experience in Voice of Customer programs, specifically but not limited to patient experience measurement programs and close the loop functionality
  • Exposure to Qlik, Qlicksense, Confluence, Jira or similar
  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Marketing, Sociology, or related Social Sciences
