Health Careers International (HCI) specialises in providing quality, careers focused on education to develop the careers of healthcare professionals around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic candidate, to join our team as Marketing & Admissions Officer.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Admissions officer works closely with the Admissions team to ensure that student enquiries and enrolments are appropriately dealt in accordance with the regulatory and compliance requirements. Marketing/ Admissions Officer will report to Admissions Coordinator and/or will liaise with Marketing/Admissions Manager in terms of Marketing activities. Marketing / Admissions Manager will work on the allocated enrollment inquiries to achieve a minimum of 30% conversion rate and achieve the monthly targets.
Marketing & Admissions officer will also be responsible for ensuring that all documents of students enrolled in the courses are collected and recorded accurately.
Duties will include:
- Day to day administration of student enquiries and enrolments
- Organising and attending promotional and orientation events
- Assisting with website content management and communications
Skills and experience
Experience in a call center environment and the education sector will be highly regarded.
