Your new company
This is your opportunity to join a fast paced and high profile government agency to work as an integral member of one of their project teams specifically designed to liaise directly with industry to identify and mitigate potential issues and trends arising within Australia as a nation.
Your new role
Will be the support the EL1 in developing communication and engagement strategies, plans and networks to support the delivery of a variety of project requirements.
This includes, but is not limited to;
- Drafting and editing communication plans
- Engaging with industry bodies and stakeholders to develop strategies
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Development and delivery of written and online content for newsletters, internal intranet pages, external briefings, publications and media releases
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of a wide range of communication channels as well as excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Your previous experience writing government briefings and other communication materials and your ability to quickly become familiar with content of legislation will be imperative to this vacancy.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, ideally with both government and industry will also be advantageous.
This agency requires you to hold and maintain a minimum NV1 security clearance so only Australian citizens who ideally hold an existing NV clearance or have the ability to go through this process need apply.
