Challenging and exciting roleThe Role
In this newly created role, we’re looking for a marketing and comms specialist to make an impact on the team. If you like autonomy and managing projects end to end, then this role is for you! The successful candidate will have extensive experience in end to end marketing campaign management, along with excellent written communication skills. PR experience is beneficial.
You will be:
In this health and fitness-focused role, you’ll be working alongside a team of marketers, designers, web & content experts, along with our digital and creative agency to execute our national strategy.
- Developing and executing integrated campaign plans for a range of our business lines – this could be new studio openings, regional marketing initiatives or B2B.
- Using data and insights to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns; across digital, print, in-club, mobile.
- Drawing on your experience in delivering marketing activities that increases lead generation and brand awareness
- Excellent understanding of brand management, and how to brief the in-house design team on promotional and advertising assets
- Responsible for creating a range of communications across digital, print, campaigns, corporate channels
- Assisting in PR strategy of our brands
- Responsible for managing new projects on an ad hoc basis
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders internal and external
The ideal candidate:
To be successful, you’ll have a can-do attitude and willingness to pick up projects and run with them. You’ll use your years of experience to create an intelligent impact on our marketing team.
You'll also have:
- A passion for the health and fitness industry
- Minimum of 4+ years industry experience in a marketing role
- Solid experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Excellent understanding of digital campaign channels and best use for effective campaign performance
- Experience writing content across a range of mediums – excellent written skills and attention to detail a must
- Strong project management, analytical and reporting skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders internal and external
- A positive can-do approach and problem-solving skills
