Description

Working as part of the head office marketing function, this role is pivotal in the planning and execution of paid media channels while collaborating toward the larger marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute Paid Search and Social campaigns from start to finish.
  • Monitor and review analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to maximize return on investment.
  • Write effective ad copy that engages and compels supporters, clients and stakeholders to click through and visit campaigns, websites and channels.
  • Manage landing page and websites to install conversion code and tracking pixels.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) including tracking/togging implementation, dashboards and custom reports across off brands.
  • Undertake regular campaign reviews and report weekly, monthly and quarterly on performance, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Simplify the reporting process by creating dashboards, generic reports and presentations for management.
  • Participate proactively in weekly department work in progress meetings.

Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • A minimum of two years experience in a paid search/performance/SEM/PPC orientated role
  • A desire to work in a newly created role and take ownership over the function
  • A passion, care and enthusiasm for not only their role but also the company's goals, vision and purpose
  • An analytical mindset to draw insights relating to campaign performance
  • A forward thinking mentality with outside of the box approach
  • A friendly, upbeat and fun personality to enjoy their time while at work
