About the Company

This company is leading big 4 bank who has an excellent working culture and award winning marketing work. They have an opportunity for a bright and articulate Marketing Manager to join the customer onbaording and recognition marketing team focusing on retail.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for liaise with key stakeholders to execute end to end campaign management. You will support the implementation and delivery of multiple BTL marketing campaigns.

Key to the role:

• Campaign development
• Ensure communications are on brand, on message aligned to the overall business objectives
• Brief and manage key stakeholders relationships to increase successful execution of campaigns
• Work with ad agency
• Project management

About the candidate

• Marketing graduate or 1 years' experience
• A desire to work in financial services
• A go getting attitude
• An ability to drive and influence project teams to deliver the best outcome for the customer and the bank
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Your success will come down to your ability to help manage multiple projects, someone who will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, who can manage relationship with both internal and external with key stakeholders.
