Growing digital agency CBO is seeking a talented Digital Producer to help direct and deliver web projects for a diverse range of clients.

Working alongside an Account Manager and reporting to the Head of Production, this role requires a highly organised, confident communicator with solid experience in understanding commercial objectives, developing product specs/designs and managing KPI, timeline and budget expectations across a variety of design-focused and technical projects.

To be successful in the role, you will be passionate for great design, delivering highly effective solutions and creating positive change with digital products. You are confident in capturing requirements and user insights, directing/designing UX and Interaction, and managing feature backlogs to prioritise delivering value to your clients and reacting positively to changing requirements.

You will be well-versed in software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies. You will be confident in working with our remote office as well as the Sydney office, briefing teams in a Product Owner capacity via regular standup meetings, as well as agreeing task scope and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

You should have:

• 2+ years Digital Producer, Project Management, or BA experience within web/application design and development
• Experience in direct client-facing roles to uncover objectives and present outputs of a team
• Understanding of Agile software development
• Experience managing project budgets, writing functional requirements, user stories, managing WIP documentation and overseeing QA and UAT
• Hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams; interacting with and encouraging productive dialogue between designers, developers, third parties, clients and users to achieve desired business outcomes
• Excellent communication (verbal and written English)
• Pragmatic planning, delegation and multi-tasking skills
• Essential HTML/CSS knowledge

It would be great if you also have:

• Understanding of and appreciation for User Centered Design and Lean Product Development
• Experience working with Sketch, InVision, Abstract, Teamwork, JIRA or similar design/project management tools
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, understanding of web performance and browsers, appreciation for component-based front-end architecture, JavaScript
• Experience working with remote teams via Slack
• Understanding of Digital Marketing practices/terminology
• Experience being involved in cross-channel campaigns
