About Us

PIM Group is a creative agency based in Crows Nest which specialises in marketing and special events, primarily with world leading brands. We are committed to servicing our clients to the highest standards and due to continued success and growth we are looking for an Account Director to fill an integral and strategic role and join our growing team of fun, loyal and collaborative team of PIMsters.

About You

The ideal candidate will be an existing Account Director or a Senior Account Manager with 3-4 years' experience ready to make the move up! 

The role seeks a creative and strategic thinker with a strong focus on concept and presentation development for existing and new clients. Specific experience with developing BTL shopper and/or experiential activation marketing campaigns with initiative and confidence will have them succeed within the role. They will be required to manage numerous jobs and clients simultaneously. Types of jobs range from BTL campaigns, retail store designs, custom build of units and experiential brand campaigns.

The AD will develop, implement and manage top tier projects from start to finish with a team of SAMs, AMs and ACs, so strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Required skill set for this role includes:

  • Concept and presentation (Powerpoint) development 
  • Exceptional presenting skills
  • Ability to understand, interpret, anticipate and deliver clients expectations and needs
  • Dedicated to building and maintaining internal and external relationships
  • Lead, mentor and oversee support staff whilst sharing and transferring skills
  • Proficiency in time management, multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • Budget development, management and reporting

 

Mandatory experience for this role includes:

  • Previous experience in a BTL/consumer marketing role for minimum 8 years
  • Degree or diploma in Events / Marketing / Communications
  • Agency experience is highly valued

 

Interstate and overseas travel is required for this position.
