We are a Penrith based hydraulic company who is looking for a marketing officer to work school hours 2-3 days a week with the option of not working school holidays. If you are a self-motivated person who can work well with others this permanent part time position is for you. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to generate business growth in the local Penrith area as well as the commercial marine & cruise ship industr .
You will join an Australian SME with a portfolio of products across transport, general industry, & the marine & shipping industry, this growing organisation is looking to grow its foot print through innovation.
This role includes
All strategic marketing activities associated with building brand awareness & sales generation linked to our business objectives ultimately to ensure we met our sales targets.
Develop an integrated marketing plan that encompasses communication, content, social media, advertising and events
Write case studies/testimonials, and communication pieces (including interviewing personnel for content) for the website, newsletters, social media postings and article-blasting opportunities .Coordinate email marketing activities, including sourcing of marketing lists
Experience with Google & google Adwords, Facebook, Linked In, & other forms of on line advertising
In order to be considered we are seeking applications from experienced Marketing professionals who can demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience working in a marketing role
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business discipline
- High level strategic thinking experience essential
- Demonstrated experience for developing exceptional marketing campaigns with clear results and achieved objectives
- a high level of knowledge and understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media, to ensure key office messaging reaches target audiences
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- team player, highly organised and motivated with a demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines
