The Role:

We are recruiting a Digital Communications Coordinator for our Sydney office. Reporting to the Head of Media and Communications, the role supports the delivery of internal and external communications, with a particular focus on our digital channels.

You will:

  • Drive our social media presence by developing and managing social media content
  • Coordinate editorial and marketing content for our weekly industry newsletter, Property Australia, and manage the design and distribution process.
  • Create and update website and intranet content
  • Contribute content for the intranet including CEO updates and announcements
  • Work across our organisation to develop and deliver digital communications activity and projects

About You:

This role would suit someone with at least two years’ experience in digital communications from either an agency or corporate background. You’ll be looking for the opportunity to develop your career and be interested in gaining experience in a membership association within the property industry. You’ll be solutions focused, an innovative self starter and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, providing support to other business units within the organisation. Along with a commercial awareness, you will have the ability to engage audiences from a variety of digital platforms and have a strong understanding of digital communication techniques and practices.

Importantly, you will be experienced with content management systems, email campaigns and be passionate in driving the use of the intranet by coordinating our intranet champions group. You will have strong verbal and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and above all, enjoy a challenge and working in a fast-paced environment.
